Senior Category Management Analyst

Authorizes and reports on related supply chain opportunities. Guides design, development, and implementation of systems policies or procedures resulting in the accurate reporting of supply chain or system data.

Job Responsibility

• Tracks and reports on supply chain opportunities (purchase orders, accounts payable and general ledger). 
• Reviews reports of regular and ad-hoc results on departmental requests. 
• Tracks and reports various supply chain data markers. 
• Troubleshoots problems and researches cause of variances. 
• Interprets data and recommends appropriate course of action. 
• Designs and modifies systems and procedures to enhance departmental processing, as needed. 
• Maintains proprietary databases including data integrity, timeliness of data input and accuracy of data. 
• Maintains compliance with applicable governmental laws and regulations. 
• Guides analysts in completion of projects and duties. 
• Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
