Inside sales representatives identify a customer's specific needs and recommend the best total solution for that customer.This Sales position builds and maintains long-term business relationships with customers. Our Sales representatives work with all departments within Gas and Supply, making them a crucial part of our company. Job Duties: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Create customer quotes and process customer orders. Create and maintain solid, long-term business relationships with customers. Ability to identify client needs and find solutions. Efficient and effective problem solving skills. Ability to work quickly and accurately against deadlines. Ability to pay attention to detail. Qualifications:  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Inside sales experience with industrial or welding supply distributorship preferred. High school diploma required or equivalent. Knowledge of personal computers and associated business software.  Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, safety supplies and equipment, and       industrial equipment. Must pass drug test. Must pass background check.
