Field Services Coordinator – Company Vehicle Provided

PMI Southeast CT is hiring a full-time Field Services Coordinator to be our eyes and ears at the properties we manage across Southeastern Connecticut. You'll handle move-in and move-out inspections, routine property checks, and on-site meetings with vendors and insurance representatives — so our office team and owners always know the condition of every property. A company vehicle is provided for field work.

What You'll Do

Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with detailed photo and condition reports
Perform routine and drive-by property inspections (not licensed home inspections)
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including keys, lockboxes, and walk-throughs
Meet vendors, contractors, insurance agents, and adjusters at properties
Verify that vendor work is completed correctly and document the results
Report maintenance needs, damage, and safety concerns to the property management team
Post notices and signs and handle other field tasks as needed
Keep inspection records and photos up to date in our property management software

Schedule

Full time, Monday through Friday
Occasional weekend work for move-ins, move-outs, or urgent property issues

What You Bring

Experience in property management, real estate, maintenance, construction, or insurance field work preferred, not required
Sharp eye for detail and clear, accurate written reports
Professional, reliable communicator with tenants, vendors, and insurance reps
Organized and comfortable managing a full day of appointments independently
Comfortable using a smartphone, apps, and property management software
Able to climb stairs, access basements and attics, and lift up to 30 lbs
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required to operate the company vehicle)

Compensation & Benefits

$21–$25 per hour, based on experience
Company vehicle for field work
