The Academic Success Coach will provide a high quality academic success coaching experience, designed to meet the needs of at-risk students. This includes providing students with guidance and connecting students to services and resources to develop a personalized plan for student success. The Academic Success Coach will monitor and track student success and progress and record and report results via various student reporting systems, including SARS and Salesforce. Finally, will be expected to participate on committees, adhere to work standards, and perform other duties as assigned. In direct support of the University's goal to improve its retention and graduation rates, the academic success coach will closely monitor student success outcomes as well as ensure maximum student appointment availability as well as design and provide success programming. To ensure the highest quality in the student coaching experience, the academic success coach will participate in ongoing training to continually improve their academic coaching skills and practices.
