The Administrative Assistant III is an important member of the Office of Academic Affairs and Provost core administrative staff. This person is an integral part of maintaining the operational logistics and professional standards associated with the Provost’s Office. As the front-facing member of the core staff, they will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, receiving all guests, directing phone calls, coordinating logistics for in-person and virtual meetings within the Provost Office suite, assisting the Department Administrator with departmental accounting and purchasing activities, and providing administrative support to various associate/assistant provosts. This person must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
