Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies including, but not limited to:
Radiography (X-ray)
Computed Tomography (CT)
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
Ultrasound
Fluoroscopy
Nuclear Medicine/PET-CT (as applicable based on subspecialty training)
Provide timely, accurate, and clinically relevant radiologic interpretations.
Collaborate with referring physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary care teams regarding imaging findings and treatment planning.
Participate in departmental call coverage and after-hours clinical responsibilities as assigned.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and reporting standards within the electronic medical record and imaging systems.
Qualifications

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program.
Fellowship training in a radiology subspecialty preferred, but not required depending on departmental needs.
Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology through the American Board of Radiology.
