The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator manages various operations and functions within the law school. This position coordinates all activities of the law school's Trial Advocacy and Intersession programs. Scheduling courses and coordinating activities related to teaching by Adjunct Professors is also a responsibility of the Senior Administrative Program Coordinator. The position manages reservation of rooms in Weinmann Hall and other buildings used by the law school and also determines classroom accommodations for ADA students. All law school course registration materials are reviewed, updated and disseminated by the Senior Administrative Program Coordinator. This position works closely with the law school's Vice Dean with regard to making faculty course assignments as well as other administrative responsibilities.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITITIES/COMPETENCIES TYPICALLY NEEDED TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY:

Strong oral,written, and interpersonal skills required
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
