This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate billing operations, timely claims processing, and effective communication with insurance providers to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance billing procedures, claims management, and follow-up processes, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit and manage insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle payment posting, claim tracking, and account reconciliation
• Follow up on denied, rejected, or unpaid claims to ensure resolution
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding billing issues and claim status updates
• Review and verify billing information for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain organized billing records and documentation
• Collaborate with intake, authorization, and clinical teams to support smooth billing workflows

Qualifications:

• Experience in medical billing required
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes, claims systems, and reimbursement procedures
• Experience working with healthcare billing platforms and insurance portals
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
