Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring providers remain fully credentialed, compliant, and prepared to deliver high-quality services across multiple networks and systems. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage deadlines, documentation, and cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage provider credentialing, recredentialing, and enrollment processes
  • Track renewals, expirations, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain accurate provider records and credentialing databases
  • Coordinate with clinical, billing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and network participation
  • Communicate with insurance companies and provider portals regarding application status and updates
  • Ensure all documentation meets organizational and payer requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in credentialing, healthcare administration, medical billing, or related healthcare operations preferred
