Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and skill evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and BIPs
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior staff
  • Analyze data and adjust programming as needed
  • Provide parent training and caregiver support
  • Collaborate with schools, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Spanish speaking required
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Reliable transportation preferred
