What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized BIPs
- Supervise and support BTs/RBTs
- Analyze data and adjust programs as needed
- Provide parent training and guidance
- Maintain clear, timely documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- 2+ years ABA experience with children
- Strong clinical judgment and independence
- Reliable, organized, and accountable
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
