Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to support Workday implementations,enhancements, configuration, testing, and HR transformation initiatives.

The consultant will workclosely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, performfit-gap analysis, design Workday solutions, and support successful delivery.

End-to-end Workday HCMimplementation experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Functional Consultant for Workday HCM implementations and enhancements.
  
• Conduct requirements-gathering workshops and fit-gap analysis.
  
• Translate business requirements into Workday functional designs.
  
• Configure and support Workday HCM modules and business processes.
  
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams.
  
• Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and production deployment.
  
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
  
• Provide post-go-live support.
  
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
  
• Ensure solutions align with HR policies, security, and regulatory requirements.
  

Required Skills

• Extensive experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
  
• Mandatory: Workday Core HR.
  
• End-to-end Workday HCM implementation experience.
