Job Summary**

Iberia Foods is seeking an Associate, Warehouse (Porter) to perform essential manual labor tasks in our warehouse, ensuring efficient and organized operations. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean, safe, and accessible working environment.

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting warehouse floors and designated areas.
* Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable materials according to company procedures.
* Clean and maintain warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as instructed.
* Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, moving products, and organizing inventory as directed by warehouse supervisors.
* Help with the preparation of shipments, including wrapping and labeling products.
* Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
* Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
* Support other warehouse functions and perform additional duties as assigned to maintain operational flow.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a warehouse or similar manual labor role is preferred but not required.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
* Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
* Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
* Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
* Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
