ERS ELITE is partnering with a high-volume, professionally managed union automotive dealership in Staten Island, NY to hire skilled C-Level Automotive Technicians. This role is ideal for technicians who are strong in mechanical repair and diagnostics and are continuing to grow toward B-Level capability.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, and engine components
Assist with diagnostic work on drivability and electrical concerns
Accurately document repairs and inspections in digital repair orders
Follow OEM and dealership repair procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Participate in training to continue technical development

C-Level automotive technician skill set
1–3 years of automotive or mechanical experience
Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures
Willingness to learn and grow technically
