Commercial Business Enablement (CBE) is the critical engine behind the success of Global Commercial Services (GCS).. A global team, Commercial Business Enablement (CBE is responsible for client onboarding and implementations and training and enablement for the sales organization, as well as overseeing governance and risk management. Weâre looking for graduate level interns to join GCS as a Commercial Enablement Strategy Intern within the Commercial Business Enablement (CBE) department.Â
Responsibilities
How will you make an impact in this role?
As an intern, you will lead critical strategic projects that support our ambition to be essential to our commercial customers, analyze data and insights about the GCS business and our customers to develop effective strategies and efficient processes or gain hands-on experience in governance, risk identification, assessment, testing and reporting, issues management, and process risk - an outstanding opportunity to work closely with various teams and contribute to the organizationâs overall operational risk management objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in full-time graduate degree program.Â
- Graduate degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.Â
- 3 plus years of prior full-time work experience.Â

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in the commercial payments business and/or in operational risk management, governance, issues management, and process risk reduction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, evaluate risk scenarios and distill complex concepts or problems independently.
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to continually learn about the changing payments landscape, emerging technologies and a passion for enhancing customer experience.
- Ability to collaborate within a team-oriented, matrix organization, building strong relationships with leaders, colleagues in different time zones, and cross-functional partners to deliver value.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated resilience, proactive problem solving, âcan doâ attitude, and optimism in changing circumstances.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving continuous process improvement.
- Proficient in analytical and presentation tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with financial services or related industries is advantageous but not required.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
