Responsibilities
How will you make an impact in this role?
We’re looking for a graduate level intern to support the team on critical and innovative projects as a Summer Analytics Manager. Broadly the role may entail some of the below responsibilities:
- Leverage sophisticated data sources and analytical methods to inform business decisions and practical recommendations.
- Communicate analytics-based insights and business recommendations to partners.
- Develop and automate reports/dashboards to inform partners and senior leaders about business performance.
- Integrate new data sources, AI capabilities, and/or analytical tools to support key business decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program specializing in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or MBA).
- 2+ years of professional work experience in an analytical, data science, or business analytics function.
- Master's degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong programming skills (SQL, SAS, R, Python, Hive, etc.).
- Experience manipulating and extracting business/customer insights from large and complex datasets.

- Ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills – must have the ability to compile, analyze, research, and link complex issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work optimally and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and balance multiple priority assignments simultaneously – must be a self-starter.Â
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytical concepts and why they matter to colleagues at all levels and technical abilities.
- Willingness to learn and master new systems.
