What You Need to Know
Client Care Liaison Qualifications:
- High School or GED required
- Previous home health care or home care experience highly desirable
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish RequiredÂ
Client Care Liaison Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with insurance payors and Long-term care plans.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
- Secure and track service authorizations for home care services.
- Resolve billing, claims, and reimbursement issues.
- Stay informed of payor policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
- Monitor authorization and reimbursement activity for process improvements.
- Support community outreach and health plan marketing activities.
