Clinical Supervisor, LCSW

A growing healthcareorganization is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor, LCSW to overseeclinical operations and support behavioral health staff within an outpatientsetting. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patientcare, maintaining clinical compliance standards, and providing ongoingsupervision and mentorship to clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to social workers, therapists, and behavioral health staff
  • Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation for quality and compliance
  • Support staff development through coaching, training, and case consultation
  • Assist with crisis intervention and complex case management when needed
  • Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and organizational standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development
  • Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and clinical outcomes

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
