Job Description

As a Content Production Manager, you plan, adapt, and deliver marketing communication content across owned channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push). You collaborate with CRM, creative, and production partners to ensure high quality, on brand assets are delivered on time and aligned with campaign and commercial priorities. Partner with the Content Coordinator across Owned Channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push), ensuring consistent execution, clear prioritization, and efficient workflows across channels.

This on-site role reports into the Marketing Manager and is based out of the New York Support Office.

A Day in the Life

Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*

  • Oversee adaptation and delivery of globally initiated campaigns across owned channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push)
  • Plan and coordinate local tactical activations, including CRM-driven initiatives, ensuring timely asset production and channel readiness
  • Stay closely aligned to the local daily plan and CRM calendar to anticipate asset needs while adhering to global playbooks and formats
  • Provide day to day direction, prioritization, and quality oversight for content coordinators across owned channels
  • Ensure timelines, standards, and alignment are met, while driving efficient, scalable production processes for high-frequency owned channel delivery
  • Act as the primary contact for Oliver production agency on asset formats, delivery, and campaign materials for CRM content
  • Partner with CRM teams, production partners, and vendors to brief, track, and approve assets
  • Support segmented and personalized content delivery by ensuring correct asset versions and formats are available

 

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Highly structured, with ability to manage many parallel tasks
  • Strong linguistic skills
  • Proficiency in creative and office software tools
  • Fluent in English and at least one local language (in multi language Sales markets at least two local languages is preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in content management, as well as copy editing and proofreading (preferably within fashion industry)
  • Experience managing content for media platforms
