Creator Manager (Full-Time, In-Person)

Turbo AI is an AI education company with 12 million users. You upload your materials, we turn them into bite-sized lessons that make learning fast and actually fun.

A huge part of that growth has come from social media. Our content has generated over 3 billion views, we've worked with 5,000+ creators, and our full-time marketing team includes four creators with more than 500,000 followers each.

As a Creator Manager,

• You'll manage a group of roughly 75 creators producing content for Turbo across TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form platforms.

• You’ll give creators feedback on their drafts and work with them to perfect their content

• You’ll communicate with creators over the phone and build close relationships with them

• You’ll write scripts and come up with viral ideas

• You’ll earn six figures

REQUIREMENTS

• You have made content yourself and grown a social media account to 20,000 followers or have full-time work experience managing creators/ influencers

• Relocate to New York City full-time within the next 30 days

• Full-time availability (50 hrs/week)
