About the Role

We are looking for a Loans Enablement Platform Delivery Lead to help drive high-impact initiatives across the Loans Enablement Platform. In this role, you will turn strategic priorities into clear plans and work across product, technology, operations, and business teams to move delivery forward. You will be successful if you bring a strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, practical problem solving, and the ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead initiatives end to end across the Loans Enablement Platform.

  • Work through complex problems, bring structure to ambiguity, and help cross-functional teams make decisions and move forward.

  • Build clear delivery plans with milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision points.

  • Drive execution of strategic, operational, and regulatory priorities.

  • Partner with stakeholders, remove blockers, and keep teams aligned and accountable for results.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, operations, program delivery, or product/program management.

  • A track record of leading complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong project and program management skills.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • The ability to solve complex problems and turn strategy into execution.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • The ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.

  • A strong sense of accountability, ownership, and bias for action.

  • The ability to prepare clear, executive-level communications.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Loans industry experience is preferred.

  • Experience in financial services, platform delivery, or transformation is a plus.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,500 and $220,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
