Cushman & Wakefield’s New York Midtown office is seeking an experienced C-suite Executive Administrator to support Executive Brokers in handling all administrative and strategic initiatives required to facilitate the transaction of Cushman & Wakefield’s commercial real estate business.Job Description
Principal ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Assist Executive Broker with managing their complex business operations to ensure administrative, financial, and operational activities are performed in a seamless and efficient mannerÂ
- Provide oversight and guidance, organize, and prioritize critical issuesÂ
- Anticipate Executive Broker, client and business needs and undertake necessary actions to produce effective results timelyÂ
- Manage and organize complex calendar activities such as meetings, agendas, luncheon arrangements and travel plans; work around scheduling conflicts and keeping Executive Broker on scheduleÂ
- Assist in planning and coordinating complex travel arrangementsÂ
- Manage email correspondence for Executive Broker promptly. Reply where necessary, print attachments, follow up on actions, flag urgent messages.  File in appropriate foldersÂ
- Update and maintain contacts, telephone numbers and email addressesÂ
- Manage CRMÂ
- Manage deal booking processÂ
- Coordinate and track presentations and client deliverables, ensuring timely completionÂ
- Prepare site search / space survey tour book presentations in PowerPoint and maps, leveraging data from CoStar and from calling/emailing brokers for informationÂ
- Draft proposals and RFPs and assemble proposal matrix / summary packages for client’s reviewÂ
- Answer and screen all incoming calls to Executive Brokers officeÂ
- Organize and input broker expenses and charitable contributions, track payments and allowancesÂ
- Support Executive Broker's community and industry activities and eventsÂ
- Ensure that education, credentials and licensing of brokers is currentÂ
- Prepare, collect and maintain information for the preparation of confidential reports, proposals, and other materialsÂ
- Provide PTO coverage to colleaguesÂ
- And any other duties as requestedÂ
Minimum QualificationsÂ
- 10+ years of executive administrative experience supporting corporate c-suite professional/s, real estate background preferredÂ
- Bachelor’s degree requiredÂ

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
