Position Summary
The Facilities Coordinator is a hands-on operational professional responsible for supporting the daily maintenance, safety, and functionality of assigned facilities. This role works alongside maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors while managing the Facilities Work Order/Ticketing System, conducting inspections, supporting preventative maintenance, coordinating space setups, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is not a desk-only position; the successful candidate leads by example and actively participates in day-to-day facilities operations.

Facilities Ticketing & Work Order Management
Responsibilities:

Hands-On Facilities Operations
Responsibilities:
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Conduct daily building walkthroughs and inspections.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Work alongside maintenance staff during operational needs.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Assist with office moves, room setups, furniture reconfiguration, and minor operational projects.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Verify completed work before closing tickets.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Responsibilities:
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Coordinate vendors, monitor work quality, ensure safety compliance and timely completion.
Performance Expectations:

Safety & Compliance
Responsibilities:
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Serve as Deputy Fire Warden.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Support OSHA, fire safety, and emergency preparedness.
Performance Expectations:
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽100% participation in required drills and compliance activities.
Customer Service
Responsibilities:
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Provide responsive service to internal stakeholders and maintain professional communication.
Performance Expectations:

Qualifications
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Associate degree or equivalent facilities, maintenance, office management, or property management experience.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Experience using a facilities ticketing/work order management system preferred.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Oracle experience is a plus.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Ability to perform hands-on operational work, including walking facilities, lifting up to 50 pounds, and assisting with building projects.
