About the Role:

Blazin Chicken & Gyro is looking for a passionate and hardworking Grill Man to join our full-time team in the Bronx, NY! If you love the heat of the grill and take pride in serving up delicious, high-quality food, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

Operate and manage the grill station to cook chicken, gyro meats, and other menu items to order
Maintain proper food temperatures, cook times, and portioning standards for consistent quality
Prep proteins, marinades, and ingredients ahead of service to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Work efficiently during high-volume rushes to meet ticket times and customer expectations
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
Clean and maintain grill equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas

Requirements:

Prior experience as a grill cook, line cook, or in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
Ability to work on your feet in a hot, high-energy kitchen for extended periods
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures
Reliable, punctual, and committed to a full-time schedule including weekends
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Passion for food quality and customer satisfaction
