Position Overview

We're looking for a motivated, creative, and resourceful Coordinator to join our IMPACT team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for experiential marketing, live events, and bringing big ideas to life for some of the world's most recognized brands. Working across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, including Entertainment, Sports, Lifestyle, Retail, and more, this role offers hands-on exposure to every stage of experiential marketing, from initial brainstorming and concept development to production and execution.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys researching trends and uncovering new ideas, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, ask questions, or learn something new. Strong presentation deck-building skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves are essential.

No two days look the same on this team, and that's part of the fun! We're looking for someone with a great attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a genuine passion for creating great work and doing cool things.

Key Responsibilities

·       Creative Development & Presentations: Support the team in developing client-facing presentations, including researching ideas, sourcing compelling visuals, writing concise concept descriptions, and building polished PowerPoint/Google decks that help bring ideas to life.

·       Research & Inspiration: Stay curious and informed about experiential marketing trends, emerging technologies, pop culture, and innovative brand activations. Proactively share inspiration, new ideas, and opportunities with the team.

·       Production Support: Assist Producers with day-to-day project needs across multiple accounts, including organizing project details, tracking deliverables, updating timelines, and supporting event logistics.

·       Vendor Research & Outreach: Research potential vendors, venues, production partners, and unique resources. Build confidence in initiating outreach, gathering information, requesting quotes, and communicating professionally with external partners.

·       Concepting & Brainstorming: Participate in team brainstorms and contribute fresh ideas, creative solutions, and thoughtful research to help develop engaging brand experiences.

·       Project Organization: Help maintain accurate project documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and internal trackers to keep teams organized and informed.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside other IMPACT pillars like Print, Studio, Creative Strategy, as well as internal Account teams, gaining exposure to the various disciplines involved in bringing experiential campaigns to market.

·       Event Execution: Support onsite activations, installations, site visits, and event logistics as needed, gaining firsthand experience in how concepts come to life.

·       Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Approach challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, knowing when to ask questions, seek guidance, and take initiative.

·       Professional Growth: Actively seek opportunities to learn from experienced team members, build industry knowledge, strengthen production skills, and take on increasing responsibility over time.
