Job Purpose

The Project & Process Excellence Manager will manage all Project Management and Innovation Governance activities, ensuring effective project tracking, cross-functional alignment, adherence to AIM process (Activity and Innovation Management) and ClickUp governance, and timely delivery of innovation initiatives, while supporting PMR/IBP coordination, archiving implementation, and key strategic initiatives.

What you will do in your role

• Monitor innovation project progress against approved timelines, CPS, milestones, and launch dates, identifying potential delays and required actions.
• Coordinate weekly project updates with cross-functional teams and ensure project plans, risks, actions, and dependencies are continuously updated.
• Review and enforce AIM process compliance, ensuring projects follow the required governance, stage gates, documentation, and approval requirements.
• Identify, flag, and escalate project risks and overdue deliverables to the relevant stakeholders within the agreed timelines.
• Manage and maintain ClickUp project data, ensuring projects, tasks, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder updates are accurate and up to date.
• Follow up with stakeholders on ClickUp SLAs and pending actions, ensuring timely updates and improving overall tool adoption.
• Prepare and coordinate PMR inputs, consolidating relevant business information, project updates, actions, and decisions for PMR meetings.
• Manage the implementation of the archiving tool, following up on data collection, validation, uploading, categorization, and stakeholder access.

What you will bring to the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a Project Management in a fast-paced environment (preferably FMCG).
• Proficiency in the use of PMI-based project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and control projects.
• PMI certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP) will be considered a strong plus.
