As a Leasing Floater and Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital dual role supporting some of the city’s most distinguished residential communities.

In this hybrid position, you’ll seamlessly alternate between front-line leasing support-assisting high-profile prospects and residents- and providing essential administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth functioning of our leasing offices. Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing and Sales:
- Act as the primary leasing consultant at assigned properties on an as-needed basis.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of our luxury residences and community amenities.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the property market, competitors, and industry trends
- Achieve and exceed leasing targets by converting leads into leases across multiple locations
- Support on-site teams during peak leasing periods, team transitions, or staff absences
- Utilize property management software (e.g., Yardi, Rent Café) and CRM systems (Salesforce) effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and staging standards in model units, leasing offices, and tour paths
- Follow Fair Housing laws and company leasing policies at all times
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and service requests phone, email
- Resolve resident issues with empathy and urgency, escalating to management as necessary
- Marketing and Outreach:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Assist with community events, resident engagement, and networking opportunities to enhance the property's visibility and attract potential residents.
- Ensure that property availabilities are listed on the property website in accordance with site-specific directives
- Administrative Duties:
- Accurately process leasing applications, credit checks, and other required documentation.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all leasing activities and communications.
- Input and update data in property management software (eg. Yardi, Rent Café) and CRM systems
- Manage lease renewals, notices to vacate, and resident correspondence as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating move-ins/move-outs
- Support property audits, inspections, and compliance tasks as required

$62,400+ Commission + Discretionary Bonus

Qualifications
- Real Estate Sales License (NYC)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury rental or condo property leasing
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing leasing targets in a competitive environment
- Strong understanding of leasing principles, real estate best practices, and customer service excellence
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- College degree or coursework preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including Microsoft Office, Â calendar management, software/database, and social media
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Strong sales acumen with a hospitality-minded approach
- Proficient in managing an internal applicant database
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Yardi or similar software experience preferred Â
- Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality preferred
