Leasing - Associate (Senior Level)

Greenberg Traurig, an international Am Law Global 100 firm, is seeking a Leasing Associate to join its national leasing practice. This is an exciting opportunity for attorneys from small to mid-sized firms or in-house leasing attorneys to join a growing, nationally acclaimed leasing practice that advises sophisticated, top-tier clients on high-profile transactions.  The Associate will gain meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and a clear path to advancement in a partnership-track position.

Ideal candidates must be highly motivated and have strong academic credentials with 3-8 years of extensive experience drafting and negotiating retail and office leases.  Outstanding collaboration, time-management, communication, client-service, and negotiation skills are essential. Although candidates must be admitted to NY bar, remote work is possible.

The expected pay range for this position is:

$225,000 - $380,000 per year

Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.  Additional voluntary programs include: voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance.  Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
