At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS), we’re scaling fast—and we’re looking for a creative, tech-driven Marketing Manager to lead the charge.

This is not just a marketing role—you’ll be the engine behind our digital presence, brand growth, and lead generation strategy across Brooklyn and the greater NYC area. What You’ll Do;

• Lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy across multiple channels
• Build, manage, and optimize WordPress websites and high-converting landing pages
• Drive SEO performance (Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword strategy, rankings)
• Create and edit video content, graphics, and branded assets using Adobe tools
• Manage CRM systems, integrations, and marketing automations
• Develop compelling blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
• Grow and optimize Google Business Profile and online visibility in NYC markets
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to launch and scale campaigns

What You Bring;

• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress development and optimization
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.)
• Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital performance tracking
• Experience with video editing and graphic design
• Excellent writing and content creation skills (English required)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, integrations, and automation tools
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
