Job Description:

This position provides comprehensive legal and administrative support to Omnicom’s legal team and assists attorneys with a broad range of matters including corporate, governance, compliance, contract, intellectual property, and litigation matters. 

This position requires strong legal and organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a corporate environment.    

This role will be based in our New York, NY office and requires regular in-office presence five days per week.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain corporate minute books, governance and legal entity records
  • Assist with corporate transactions involving the formation, operation, and reorganization of legal entities
  • Assist in the preparation, review, execution, and administration of commercial agreements
  • Assist with litigation and related matters
  • Support legal and compliance initiatives
  • Manage legal department records and systems
  • Support and coordinate engagements with outside counsel and other service providers
  • Assist with intellectual property matters and the management of Omnicom’s intellectual property portfolio
  • Work on special projects and strategic initiatives involving Omnicom’s legal team

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Paralegal certification preferred
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent drafting, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage and appropriately prioritize multiple projects 
  • Excellent business judgement, strong business orientation, team player, self-motivating, and collaborative
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information




Salary Range

$75,000 — $90.000 USD

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
