Job Description

Your Role

The TEIĀ Strategy & Planning PrincipalĀ Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting theĀ Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO of TEIĀ by coordinating strategic planning, communications, work management, employee engagement, budget and reporting across the TEI organization. This position will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the TEI leadership team, ensuring the efficient operation and execution of key initiatives andĀ internal projects. Additionally, the role will drive the creation and implementation of a skills framework, talent strategy and overall skills development plan, enabling the successful execution of organizational objectives as well as building and retaining a pipeline of top talent for TEI.Ā 

You will be Responsible for:

  • Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO of TEIĀ to develop and implement strategic plans.Ā 

  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.Ā 

  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and ensure alignment across the organization.Ā 

  • Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAOĀ toĀ measure and communicate progress of strategic initiatives to all levels of the organizationĀ as well as leadership stakeholders and partnersĀ Ā 

  • Develop andĀ implementĀ persona-basedĀ communication strategiesĀ across the organization.Ā 

  • Work with the TEI leaders to prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for the team.Ā 

  • Develops communications via multipleĀ channels/media, including content for the intranet sites, town halls,Ā key leadershipĀ and org-wide meetings,Ā posts, newsletters, etc.Ā 

  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications, to oversee the development and execution of communication plans and content that articulate TEI’s vision, strategy and initiatives.Ā 

  • Work with the TEI leadership team to develop and track OKRs and KPIs for the organization aligned to overall Invesco/Tech & Ops strategy and goals.Ā 

  • Utilize TEI operational and financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Ā 

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support decision-making processes.Ā 

  • Provide administrative and operational support to theĀ Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO of TEIĀ and Head of TEIĀ where requiredĀ 

  • Coordinate and manage leadership team meetings, including agenda setting and follow-up actionsĀ 

  • Assist in the development and execution of special projects and initiatives.Ā 

  • Collaborate with TEI leaders and across functional teams to identify roadblocks, solve complex problems and assist in developing solutions to ensure execution of key technology strategic initiativesĀ Ā 

  • Promote a strong learning culture to empower high-performing teams and leadersĀ 

  • Help organize and participate in learning and adoption accelerator events, such as Hackathons, workshops, and knowledge sharing forums.Ā 

  • Develops and executes a well-defined talent strategy to retain, assess, and develop talent (presently and in the future)Ā 

  • Help expand and enable comprehensive role-based learning pathways to cover roles and skills, address skill gaps, enableĀ workforce planning, improve performance, and create incentives and rewardsĀ 

  • Champion Agile ways of working and support culture of continuous learning, development and empowermentĀ Ā 

The experience you Bring:

  • 5-10Ā years related work experienceĀ 

  • Demonstrated success and experience in executing initiativesĀ and strategiesĀ 

  • Proven ability with verbal and written communications – with specific skill in creating and presenting presentations and other materials that ā€œtranslateā€ technical information/solutions into easily understandable informationĀ 

  • Structured, detailed approach to work and disciplined time management skillsĀ 

  • Proven experience working in a collaborative environmentĀ andĀ building strong relationships at all levels of the organizationĀ 

  • AĀ bachelor’s degree in business,Ā communications,Ā technologyĀ or related field of study or equivalent years of direct work experience.Ā 

The salary range for this position in Atlanta, Ga is $105,000 - $115,000 year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location
