Job Overview

Glencore, one of the world’s largest globally diversified natural resource companies, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Remote Care Coach to join our team on a Part-Time basis. Responsibilities

- Provide confidential, one-to-one virtual coaching sessions to employees on a range of topics including stress management, work-life balance, and resilience.
- Develop personalised well-being plans and strategies to empower employees to achieve their goals.
- Organise and facilitate engaging virtual workshops and group sessions on relevant wellness topics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of coaching interactions in line with company policies and professional ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources and Occupational Health departments to support wider organisational wellness initiatives.
- Act as an advocate for mental health and well-being, helping to foster a positive and supportive company culture.
- Stay current with best practices in coaching and employee support to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service.

Qualifications

- Proven professional experience in a coaching, counselling, or similar employee support role.
- A recognised qualification or certification in coaching, counselling, psychology, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust in a virtual environment.
- A strong understanding of confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- High level of proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach.
