Overview

About the Role

TripleLift is looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager to join our Revenue Marketing team.

This role is responsible for turning our highest-priority business initiatives into measurable go-to-market programs. You will work across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, Finance, Partnerships, Design, and Events to build campaigns that drive account engagement, sales activation, product adoption, and pipeline impact.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is both strategic and operational. You should be comfortable building a campaign strategy, managing a cross-functional launch, aligning with Sales, working through RevOps requirements, reviewing performance data, and improving the next motion.

You will help ensure that marketing is not just creating activity, but creating measurable revenue impact.

What You’ll Do

Build and Execute GTM Programs

You will help bring TripleLift’s priority initiatives to market, including product launches, sales campaigns, vertical plays, partner programs, and account-based marketing motions.

You will:

  • Build campaign briefs, timelines, and workback plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM programs from planning through execution.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate narratives into actionable campaigns.
  • Ensure each campaign has a clear audience, message, sales motion, budget, and measurement plan.
  • Manage program updates, launch checklists, and post-campaign readouts.

Partner With Sales to Drive Account Activation

You will work directly with Sales to make sure marketing programs lead to action.

You will:

  • Build sales activation plans for priority campaigns.
  • Define target accounts and follow-up motions.
  • Partner on messaging, talk tracks, outreach copy, and enablement materials.
  • Ensure sellers know which accounts to work and what action to take.
  • Track whether campaigns are creating meetings, opportunities, and account progression.

Lead ABM and Revenue Programs

You will support account-based programs across strategic advertisers, agencies, DSPs, partners, and priority verticals.

You will:

  • Build account-based plays by product, segment, vertical, or account tier.
  • Coordinate email, paid media, web, events, content, social, and sales outreach.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps on account selection, engagement tracking, and reporting.
  • Help scale repeatable programs across priority account segments.

Ensure Campaigns Are Trackable and Measurable

You will work with RevOps to ensure campaigns can be measured before they launch.

You will:

  • Define campaign tracking requirements.
  • Coordinate HubSpot and Salesforce setup needs.
  • Ensure routing, attribution, campaign naming, and reporting are in place.
  • Monitor campaign performance and sales follow-up.
  • Help build reporting around pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, meetings created, product adoption, and opportunity acceleration.

Support Budget and Program Governance

You will help bring discipline to how marketing programs are prioritized and funded.

You will:

  • Build business cases for meaningful marketing investments.
  • Help evaluate programs based on strategic alignment, revenue impact, sales commitment, product readiness, RevOps readiness, and expected return.
  • Support quarterly planning and budget prioritization.
  • Partner with Finance and Marketing leadership to ensure spend is tied to outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means TripleLift’s GTM programs are better planned, better coordinated, better measured, and more directly connected to revenue.

You will be successful if:

  • Sales has clearer campaign plays and stronger follow-up motions.
  • Product launches are better packaged, activated, and measured.
  • RevOps requirements are defined before programs launch.
  • Marketing investments are tied to clear business outcomes.
  • Priority accounts move from engagement to meetings and pipeline.
  • Campaigns consistently produce actionable insights for Sales, Product, and Marketing.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, revenue marketing, demand generation, ABM, GTM strategy, or campaign management
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, campaign tracking, and marketing attribution
  • Experience building campaign briefs, launch plans, sales plays, and performance readouts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • A practical, revenue-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience in adtech, martech, SaaS, media, or B2B technology
  • Experience supporting product launches or product marketing programs
  • Familiarity with ABM tools, intent data, enrichment platforms, or marketing automation
  • Experience partnering with RevOps and Finance
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales, agency relationships, DSPs, or platform partnerships
