Overview
As a direct patient care provider: Provides age appropriate care and intervention for ages of patients served according to job description (e.g. assessments, treatment plans, assists with assessments).

OTHER JOB DUTIESÂ Â
Maintains competencies in individual field of responsibility
Participates in the interview and evaluation of new health care team members
Acts as preceptor for new health care team members
Utilizes computer systems as they pertain to job responsibilities and in accordance with hospital policy
Assures a safe environment and milieu in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
Participates in MMC’s ongoing Quality Performance Improvement initiatives; identifies opportunities for organizational improvements.
Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
BASIC COMPETENCIESÂ Â Â Â Â
Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing school required; BSN preferred
Current NYS licensure as RN required
Current BLS certification required
