TheĀ SAE supports the Account Supervisor in managing the day-to-day activity of the account, including managing client deadlines,Ā maintainingĀ the integrity of the clientāsĀ budgetĀ and developing creative briefs. The SAE must be a proactive person who can multi-task, foster a positive team atmosphere, and be a leader.Ā

Primary Job ResponsibilitiesĀ
Manage account independently on a day-to-day basisĀ
Develop creative and strategic thinking skillsĀ
Develop creative briefsĀ
Manage client expectations at all timesĀ to foster effectiveness/productivityĀ
Provide input to and draft sections of the agency tactical planĀ
Maintain regular client contact at product manager level and become integral part of client team ensuring that the client is updated and briefed on all relevant account activityĀ
Meet/manage all client deadlinesĀ
Monitor fee hours and proactively alert agency management and/or clients of projects are heading out of scopeĀ
Effectively lead internal meetings (e.g.Ā status meetings, job start-ups, etc.), making important, relevant contributions, and generate workable conclusionsĀ
Evaluate creative work for consistency and accuracyĀ
Keep senior management briefed on account activitiesĀ
Demonstrate strong knowledge of scientific category and brandĀ

QualificationsĀ
College degree, preferably in marketing, advertising,Ā communicationsĀ or science/medicineĀ
3 years agency or comparable experienceĀ
Excellent written and oral communication skillsĀ
Well-developed knowledge of business practices/vendor relationsĀ
$70,000 - $90,000
Omnicomās policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicomās corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
