We'reĀ looking for aĀ Temporary Senior Art Director, SocialĀ who thrives on bold ideas and collaborative creativityĀ in the social space.Ā In this role,Ā you'llĀ help shape and direct the look, feel, and voice of strategically focusedĀ socialĀ creativeĀ across multiple platforms.Ā You'llĀ be a key contributorĀ inĀ brainstorming sessions, social-firstĀ creativeĀ development, and new business initiatives, bringing fresh perspectives and strong visual storytelling to every project. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, quick to pivot, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, and experienced in crafting pitch decks and presenting creative concepts. Key Accountabilities:Ā 

  • Create high-quality comps and visual concepts across multiple projects, including client-facing presentations and pitch decks.Ā Ā 

  • Leverage deep social-first experience to develop engaging, platform-native creative ideas and campaigns.Ā 

Ā 

  • Deliver innovative, strategically aligned creative solutions across a variety of media channels whileĀ demonstratingĀ a strong understanding of clientĀ objectives, brand nuances, timelines, and budget considerations.Ā 

Ā 

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment byĀ remainingĀ self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to quickly pivot in response to changing priorities, requests, and deadlines.Ā 

Ā 

  • Concept, design, and art direct a wide range of deliverables, including integrated campaigns, storyboards, mockups, and presentation materials, while successfully managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Ā You will work with a content creator for these deliverables.Ā

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring excellence in both execution and visual storytelling across all touchpoints.Ā 

Person Specification:Ā Ā 

  • 4+ years of experience in the creative advertising industryĀ 

  • Strong social first experience.Ā 

  • BachelorsĀ in advertising,Ā MarketingĀ or related fieldĀ 

  • In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant fieldĀ requiredĀ 

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, and client relationship skillsĀ 

  • Keen attention to detailĀ 

  • Adaptable,Ā proactiveĀ and responsiveĀ 

  • Professional, outgoing, friendly, fearless, and resilientĀ 

  • Demonstrated creative success on wide range of client workĀ

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu mayĀ designateĀ other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may beĀ designated asĀ remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The hourly pay range for this positionĀ is $53.74 -$71.65.Ā The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorsĀ permittedĀ by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidaysĀ in accordance withĀ dentsuĀ policy, as well as safe and sickĀ time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
