Position SummaryĀ
The Senior Benefits Analyst supports the design, communication, administration, and delivery of employeeĀ benefitĀ and recognition programs. This role helps employees and leaders understand benefit offerings, supports program operations, and partners with internal teams and external vendors to ensure programs run smoothly and meet employee needs.Ā
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating events and communications, solving problems, and working with people at all levels. The role includesĀ benefitsĀ administration, employee education, vendor coordination, data analysis, event support, and continuous improvement of benefit-related processes and resources.Ā
Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
Support the planning, administration, and ongoing improvement of employee benefit and recognition programs.Ā
Develop, update, and deliver clear communications and educational materials for employees, managers, and Human Resources partners.Ā
Coordinate and support benefit-related events, employee recognition activities, trainings, and program rollouts.Ā
Partner with vendors to resolve issues, coordinate services, and support successful program delivery.Ā
Collaborate with internal teams such as Human Resources, payroll, finance, legal, communications, and HRISĀ to support benefit operations.Ā
Review benefit program data, survey results, healthcare claims information, and other metrics toĀ identifyĀ trends and recommend improvements.Ā
Prepare reports and summaries related toĀ benefitĀ programs, policies, budgets, and program performance.Ā
Support updates toĀ benefitĀ policies, procedures, employee-facing resources, and internal communication channels.Ā
AssistĀ with system updates, testing, and process improvements related toĀ benefitsĀ administration.Ā
Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on benefit-related questions, processes, and escalated issues.Ā
Coordinate schedules,Ā logistics, materials, and resources for events, rounding, and employee engagement activities.Ā
Manage program resources responsibly, including funds or materials used for employee recognition.Ā
Ā
Preferred Skills and ExperienceĀ
2+ years of experience in event management, event coordination, or employee engagement activities.Ā
Experience working with vendors, including issue resolution and service coordination.Ā
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, includingĀ executive level stakeholdersĀ
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and eventĀ logistics.Ā
Ability toĀ workĀ a flexible schedule based on business or event needs, including some evenings and weekends.Ā
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with local travel as needed for events and program support.Ā

Minimum JobĀ QualificationsĀ
Bachelor's degree in a related fieldĀ
2+ years of work experience inĀ a relatedĀ job disciplineĀ

Physical RequirementsĀ
Moving/lifting/pushing/pulling up to 35 lbs.Ā
Bending, squatting, kneelingĀ frequentlyĀ
Standing required multiple hours attending eventsĀ
