What You'll Do:
As a member of our Product Team, you will work on ourĀ BidSwitchĀ offeringĀ and industryĀ stanceĀ and activelyĀ contribute to achievingĀ product-marketĀ fit.Ā Originally the key product of IPONWEB,Ā BidSwitchĀ product becameĀ a memberĀ of CriteoĀ product suite as part ofĀ IPONWEB acquisition in 2022 andĀ remainsĀ the unique tradingĀ operationsĀ and infrastructureĀ optimizingĀ solution inĀ Real Time Bidding (RTB)Ā world.Ā Ā
You will join a diverse team of product managers and partner with world-class engineering teams toĀ maintainĀ BidSwitchĀ in its leading roleĀ ofĀ the RTB trading facilitator.Ā Your mission will be toĀ identifyĀ industry trends along with theĀ clientsā needs and lead the entire process from ideation to product launch, to address those.Ā

You willĀ lead theĀ publisher interactionsĀ aspect ofĀ BidSwitchĀ product portfolio, focusingĀ onĀ customer development,Ā supporting new partnerships and integrations,Ā publisherĀ traffic management controls and more generally improvements aligned with our clientsāĀ needs.Ā Ā

You will need to work on all steps leading to a successful product:Ā
Understand our clientsā business and strategical needsĀ keeping regular contact with key onesĀ
IdentifyĀ underserved areas where we can create value with ourĀ expertise, including integration/cooperation points withĀ CriteoĀ Commerce Media PlatformĀ productsĀ
Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand which capabilities need to be builtĀ
Work closely with several R&D Teams, overseeing the delivery of the features / initiativesĀ Ā
Become knowledgeable about the architecture and capabilities ofĀ BidSwitchĀ productĀ as well as other Criteo productsĀ
Work withĀ CommercialĀ and Product Marketing teams to ensure that new features are properly understood and rolled outĀ

Who You Are:
Technically savvy,Ā software engineering backgroundĀ is an advantageĀ
Have experience managing technical software productsĀ or featuresĀ from kick-off to shippingĀ
HaveĀ pragmatic approach to ensure that your product andĀ featuresĀ are successfulĀ
Have strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenge into specsĀ
Keen to digest partnerĀ needsĀ and pain pointsĀ to transform them into conceptional models to developĀ BidSwitchĀ featuresĀ Ā
Proactive andĀ versatileĀ Ā
Have a real interest in technology and like working in fast-paced environments, good understandingĀ of RTB mechanics is an advantageĀ
