ABOUT THE JOB
As a Strategic Planning Supervisor, you'll lead planning initiatives, drive actionable insights, and provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging a strong foundation in research and brand strategy. You'll oversee planning work, manage junior team members, and facilitate client workshops, translating market and disease insights into strategic recommendations. This role requires expertise in strategic planning, client management, and team leadership, making it ideal for experienced professionals who can drive business results and deliver exceptional client service.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Lead strategic planning efforts for assigned brands, applying knowledge of disease states, customer insights, and scientific principles.
Serve as day-to-day point of contact for internal teams on key accounts, ensuring effective utilization of strategic processes and agency structures.
Design and lead market research initiatives, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Autonomously lead social listening monitoring and analysis, providing valuable insights to inform strategic planning and brand decision-making.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to prepare and facilitate workshops.
Contribute to the development of core brand strategy deliverables, including campaign briefs, positioning, and tactical planning.
Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field, with 4+ years of brand strategy or market research experience (PharmD degree preferred).
Competence in software specific to client and agency processes, including Microsoft Office Suite, research tools, and social media platforms.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to articulate and support points of view.
Ability to use AI platforms to accelerate brand needs and strategic deliverables.
Curiosity, passion, and investment in brands, clients, teams, and assignments.
Strong organizational skills, creating clear goals, identifying resources, and scheduling tasks to achieve objectives.
Problem-solving skills, finding effective solutions, and taking necessary action to resolve problems, with a sharp focus on delivering accurate results.

$90,000 - $120,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
