Job Summary:
LBAPS is seeking a results-driven Tech Implementation Lead to manage and execute internal technology projects across a multi-state ABA organization. This role bridges operations, finance, and systems—ensuring projects are completed, adopted, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and complete multiple tech implementation projects
- Translate technical workflows into clear operational processes
- Improve efficiency, cost control, and system performance
- Collaborate across finance, clinical, and operations teams
- Build and manage a growing project team
Requirements:
- Proven track record of completing complex projects
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Operational/financial understanding (preferred)
- Experience with CRM, automation, or internal systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
