About the Role:

Joy Kid's Learning House Inc. is looking for a passionate and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our growing team in Bayside, NY! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children during their most formative years. Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddlers
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor and support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe classroom at all times
Follow all state and local childcare regulations, health, and safety protocols
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a positive learning community

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood setting
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for ages 1–2
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass a background check as required by New York State
Warm, energetic, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
