Assist in organizing, planning, and presenting various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills refresher trainings in all aspects of clinical roles. Assist in the development and presentation of unique clinical trainings to fulfill employees specific needs to maintain or improve job skills. Serve as a system administrator for internal employee education and training platform (Relias). Assist in administrating new hire orientation and ongoing mandatory in-person/remote employee trainings. Assist in maintaining records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests/assessments and retraining requirements for competency. QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma required  Bachelor’s degree preferred.  REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS N/A REQUIRED EXPERIENCE One year of education, training, communications experience. Excellent verbal, and written communication skills; strong oral presentation skills. Host trainings and presentations in person or virtual platform. Ability to work with staff on a diverse learning level. Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Ability to evaluate, research evidence-based practices, training options and alternatives. Ability to design and implement effective training and development. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Relias or other education and training platforms, electronic health/medical records systems, and related program software.
