Job Details: Job Location: 4 NY Office - New York City, NY, Salary Range: $35.00 - $35.00Hourly, Position SummaryThe Hourly Trainer serves as a dedicated facilitator responsible for presenting established, pre-approved lesson plans across physical and virtual learning environments. This role focuses strictly on delivering provided content, maintaining high learner engagement, and accurately recording attendance. Key Responsibilities Classroom & Virtual Facilitation: Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) using standardized facilitator guides, slide decks, and lesson plans provided by the Instructional Designer. Learner Engagement & Comprehension: Utilize interactive techniques to keep learners engaged, answer content-related questions using approved materials, and gauge real-time understanding. Attendance & Roster Tracking: Record accurate attendance and participation records during every session and submit completed sign-in sheets/logs immediately to the LMS Clerk and Compliance Clerk. Feedback Loop: Provide structured operational feedback to the Instructional Designer regarding lesson timing, learner pain points, and content clarity. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1+ years of experience in public speaking, corporate training, classroom teaching, or group facilitation. Skills: Strong verbal communication, engaging presentation style, and comfort using virtual presentation platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). Qualifications: As a candidate you must have: One plus years experience in training design and delivery and program management and utilization of technology presentation programs and databases Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software Complete and maintain state guard training certification as prescribed by presiding state law, all client requested certification, and CPR/First Aid/AED instructor certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted> Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service Domestic and/or International Travel up to 25% of time as needed Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team when needed  We offer: $35/hr Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k for eligible employees Paid Time Off including Sick/Safe Time A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunity for growth Protective Agent # 11000147227Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
