Become the strategic brand steward across multiple clients/brands by leading clients to develop and deploy breakthrough brand strategiesĀ
Understand and lead activation of resources to execute brand strategies via an omnichannel approachĀ
Ability to both lead with a point of view and actively listen to drive alignment across team and clientsĀ
An active participant in strategic client meetings, providing a clear and supported point of viewĀ
Works collaboratively across departments as a core team memberĀ
Perform landscape assessment:Ā
Maintains deep understanding of the market opportunity, competitive dynamics, clinical landscape, customer segments, customer motivators/barriers, and brand differentiators for assigned brandsĀ
IdentifyĀ and Define Unmet Needs:Ā
Demonstrates curiosity in alwaysĀ seekingĀ the āwhyāĀ in order toĀ identifyĀ unexpected insights that will drive market changeĀ
Brand Planning Structure Development:Ā
Defines unbranded platform, brand personality, positioning, creative platform, and key strategies throughout the lifecycle of the brand'Ā
Designs and moderates key strategic working sessions with clientsĀ
Campaign Development and Assessment:Ā
Supports the Creative Team throughout the creative development process (provides research results and other stimulus materials)Ā

Supports client market research needs, providing input to clientās research vendor on design and generating actionable insights from the researchĀ
Experience:Ā
Experience with rare diseases and/or oncology strategyĀ stronglyĀ preferred.Ā
5+ years in healthcare communicationsĀ
Management of launch and mature brand strategiesĀ
Understanding of the requirements associated with omnichannel marketing and its potential impact on strategyĀ
Enthusiastic about understanding new disease categories and treatmentsĀ
Ability to āconnect the dotsā across inputs to generate organic business opportunitiesĀ
Clear and concise verbal and written communicationsĀ
Passion for creating BOLD work that propels behavior change and drives improved healthĀ
In person client travel may beĀ requiredĀ
$180,000 - $200,000
Omnicomās policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicomās corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
