What You'll Do:
TheĀ VP of Commercialization, GO EnterpriseĀ is responsible for turningĀ ourĀ GO EnterpriseĀ productĀ into a scaled, global business: defining the commercialization strategy, packaging & pricing,Ā goātoāmarket, and operating model that make GO Enterprise the defaultĀ agentic planning and activation platformĀ for agenciesĀ and theĀ Ā retailers and large brandsĀ they serve with traditional DSP products.Ā

This leader willĀ own theĀ commercial strategy & executionĀ for GO EnterpriseĀ & shape the product & packaging storyĀ in close partnership with Product,Ā R&D,Ā and GTMĀ teams.Ā They will also lead a crossĀ functional ātiger teamā to driveĀ product from idea-to-cash.Ā

Translate Criteoās broader performance and commerce vision into segmentāspecific value propositions forĀ our clientsĀ
Set clear segment guardrails & eligibility rulesĀ Ā
2. Commercialization, pricing & packagingĀ
Own theĀ commercial modelĀ for GO EnterpriseĀ working with Finance, Legal, and OperationsĀ and ensure alignment betweenĀ pricing, billing flows & finance systems.Ā
DesignĀ packaging & SKUsĀ acrossĀ ourĀ client base.Ā
3.Ā GoātoāmarketĀ & sales enablementĀ
Partner with GTM to shapeĀ theĀ GTM planĀ fromĀ early design partners through scaled commercial availability.Ā Ā
Partner withĀ salesĀ leadership toĀ define accountĀ selectionĀ & targeting by segment and region.Ā
4. Product partnership & roadmap influenceĀ
Act as the commercial voice into ProductĀ -Ā codify segment needs, competitive gaps, and commercialization blockers into roadmap input and prioritization.Ā
Partner with Product and Engineering on API/MCP surfaces, agent ready workflows, and retailer/agency economics, ensuring they support scalable commercialization.Ā
Ensure GO Enterprise isĀ agentāreadyĀ by designĀ (API scope, documentation, developer portal expectations)Ā Ā
PressureātestĀ major roadmap bets with design partners before broad rollout.Ā
5. Market development, design partners & ecosystemĀ
Serve asĀ executive sponsorĀ for key design partners acrossĀ our target clientsĀ Ā
BuildĀ seniorālevelĀ relationships withĀ clients & partners, and turn early tests into referenceable proof points and case studies with Marketing & CommsĀ (tentpole moments)Ā

Who You Are:
ExperienceĀ
15+ years inĀ digital advertising, ad tech, or commerce media, withĀ significant timeĀ spent inĀ DSP/platform commercialization, GTM, or product marketing/strategy.Ā
ProvenĀ track recordĀ owning commercialization for a complex,Ā multiāchannelĀ platformĀ fromĀ early stagesĀ through global scale.Ā
Deep experience working withĀ clients; credibility withĀ CālevelĀ andĀ SVPālevelĀ stakeholders on both tech and commercial topics.Ā
Demonstrated success designing and implementingĀ pricing, packaging, and margin models.Ā
Skills & competenciesĀ
Strategic thinker with strong market sensing; synthesizes client, competitor, and internal signals into clear choices.Ā

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
