Sonic Summary

The position involves providing direct therapeutic services to residents under management supervision, including crisis intervention and medication management.
Candidates must have experience in mental health, substance abuse, or a residential setting, with a preference for those holding an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Basic writing, verbal communication, and conflict resolution skills are essential for this role.
Physical requirements include walking up and down stairs, snow removal, and performing cooking and cleaning duties.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates are expected to have at least one year of relevant experience.

Under the supervision of the management staff and responsible for providing direct therapeutic services to residents of the program. These services include but are not limited to: crisis intervention, medication management, training in activities of daily living. Responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the residence. All responsibilities under hospital and residential policy and procedures.

Additional Requirements

Experience in mental health, substance abuse and/or residential setting.

Physical Requirements:

Walking up and down stairs while carrying items;
snow removal;
restocking supplies;
sweeping and mopping;
cooking and cleaning duties.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor preferred

Valid driver’s license in good standing

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
