Creating a positive arrival and departure experience for residents and guests. Maintaining the flow of street traffic outside the front door by assisting residents or guests with transportation and luggage. Knowing apartment facilities, services, and features and being able to explain them to guests and residents. Providing accurate directions to guests on questions regarding destinations of the local area. Performing other duties as assigned. Must be available to work one of the following shift: 10:45 PM - 7:30 AM with days off to be determined QualificationsRequirements: If you: Enjoy delivering excellent customer service. Take pride in making guests and residents feel safe. Communicate well with others and work as a part of a team. Respond to requests from guests, residents, and your team in a timely manner. Lift 50 pounds without assistance. Then you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a Doorperson at a luxury hotel or residential building is a preferred. Multi-lingual fluency is a plus! Pay & Benefits: Pay ranges from $22.34 - $29.79 per hour depending on experience. Benefits such as medical and paid time off will be provided.
