The Role

At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Stock and Operational Associate to join our retail team. This role is essential in keeping our store running efficiently behind the scenes, ensuring inventory accuracy, organized stockrooms, and seamless product flow to the sales floor.

What you will be doing

Receive, unpack, and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality
Organize and maintain back stock for efficient access and replenishment
Perform regular inventory health checks to identify discrepancies, damages, or low stock levels
Replenish merchandise to the sales floor in a timely and organized manner
Manage barcoding, tagging, and labeling to support accurate inventory tracking
Assist with stock transfers between departments or store locations
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized back-of-house environment
Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and store goals
Adapt to changing business needs, including peak seasons and promotions

What we are looking for

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise as needed
Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays

This is an hourly, part time (non-exempt) role based in New York City. The pay range for this role is based on experience, and we might reasonably expect to offer $17.00 - $24.00 per hour.
