About the Role
We have a high-energy pop-up in Broadway and need customer obsessed Sales Associates to help deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You鈥檒l be the face of the brand on the shop floor welcoming guests, managing queues during busy periods, driving sales at POS, and keeping the space tight and on-brand.
聽
What You鈥檒l Do
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Serve & Sell: Greet customers, understand needs, recommend fits/sizes, cross-sell, and close at POS (Shopify or similar).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Operations: Replenish stock, size and fold, back-of-house organization, receive deliveries, and keep the floor immaculate.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Loss Prevention: Tag product, follow EAS procedures, maintain fitting room standards, and escalate concerns appropriately.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Brand Standards & VM: Execute visual guidelines, size runs, and window refreshes; keep displays aligned with brand direction.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Events & Drops: Assist with launch days, influencer visits, and extended trading hours.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 KPIs: Contribute to daily targets (conversion, UPT, ATV) and customer satisfaction scores.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 H&S Compliance: Follow safety, fire code, and incident reporting procedures.聽
What You鈥檒l Bring
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 1+ year retail, fashion, or hospitality experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Confident communicator with a warm, proactive approach.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Comfortable with busy, high-footfall environments and line management.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Fan/ Consumer of the brand.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Tech-friendly (POS/iPad apps); quick to learn new systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Team player who鈥檚 punctual, reliable, and detail-driven.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Nice to have: Multilingual (Spanish/Mandarin a plus), styling experience, key-holder experience.
