Office Concierge & Client Services Coordinator
 Are you someone who naturally creates welcoming, memorable experiences? At Mancini, we’re looking for an Office Concierge & Client Services Coordinator to be the face of our workplace—bringing together hospitality, organization, and creativity to support both our clients and our team. In this role, you’ll help shape the daily office experience through thoughtful coordination, engaging events, and a warm, professional presence. If you love connecting with people, staying organized, and adding creative energy to a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For
A polished, proactive professional with a hospitality-first mindset and a passion for creating exceptional experiences. You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming and positive attitude. You enjoy collaborating with others, anticipating needs before they arise, and bringing creative ideas to the table.

You should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfort using social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • The ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in hospitality, coworking, office coordination, or front desk roles
  • Event planning or coordination experience
  • Basic content creation skills including photography, short-form video, or caption writing

What You’ll Do
You’ll help create a welcoming, engaging, and seamless office experience for employees, clients, and visitors alike. Your day-to-day includes:

  • Greeting guests, clients, and team members with a warm and professional presence
  • Managing reception and serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and inquiries
  • Maintaining an organized, inviting, and hospitality-driven front-of-house environment
  • Coordinating team lunches, meetings, CEU events, and office gatherings
  • Managing catering orders, vendor coordination, and dietary preferences
  • Supporting daily office operations, supplies, and shared spaces
  • Capturing and creating light social media content that reflects office culture and events in collaboration with the Public Relations team
  • Assisting with scheduling and posting content across social media platforms
  • Coordinating calendars, RSVPs, and logistics for internal events and shared spaces
  • Providing light administrative support as needed to keep the office running smoothly
